Our Technology

WORKstream, our SAP BTP-built technology, helps to extend the SuccessFactors® HXM solution suite. Through over 600 clients’ experiences and hearing similar challenges across our client base, EIR developed “WORKstream” to help solve process and technology challenges that SuccessFactors® could not solve through standard functionality. WORKstream accelerates implementations through automation while ensuring data security and accuracy. Our clients save time by automating manual HCM processes. The logic built into Workstream can use data from different sources, making it easier to provide clients with necessary comprehensive reports and analytics.

France Lampron, President and CEO

France Lampron is a successful technology entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience designing and implementing HRIS systems and compensation software products. She founded two companies whose focus has  been to provide solutions that streamline and improve human capital processes that directly affect an organization’s  bottom line. France‘s companies have provided large-scale HCM solutions to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, State Street Corporation, T.Rowe Price, International Data Group, Land O’ Lakes, Occidental Petroleum,and other key clients. Her first company, Nuvosoft, Inc., was self-funded and successfully sold to Plateau Systems 2007, for it’s Rcomp product, which automates compensation planning. Plateau was bought by SuccessFactors in June 2011.

Linda Koski, EVP Professional Services

Linda Koski has over 28 years of experience in the design and implementation of Compensation Management and Payroll systems for companies such as T. RowePrice, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Occidental Petroleum. Most recently, Ms. Koski was Director of Compensation Services at Plateau Systems. At Nuvosoft, she was responsible for all customer interactions from planning, deployment to ongoing support and maintenance of compensation solutions. Ms. Koski was a co-founder of Genesys Software Systems, a Payroll and HR software company, serving as Vice President of Application Development and Vice President of Customer Services. She managed the Genesys Professional Services practice. She is a member of WorldatWork and SHRM. She has spoken at national and regional conferences and authored several articles on compensation implementation.

Ross Dubuc, Director of Sales

Director of Sales, Ross Dubuc, is responsible for all business development and client retention efforts. With over 7 years of experience providing HR services and software to hundreds of clients nationwide, Ross has great experience understanding our clients’ needs and determining the best approach to help each unique situation. Most recently Ross was named Account Executive of the Year both in 2018 and 2019 with Salary.com and managed the Northeast territory, increasing overall revenue year over year. He is a father of twin boys and lives in the Metro-West area of Boston, with his wife. When he is not working, Ross enjoys the spending time with his family outdoors while vacationing in New Hampshire.

Susan Tyrrell Donelan, Chief Creative Officer, Brand Experience

As Chief Creative Officer of the EIR Brand Experience, Susan Tyrrell Donelan creates visual solutions for EIR’s software products and services. Previously she was an Executive UX Creative Director for IBM’s UX Interactive/Boston Studio. As an IBM thought leader with 25 years of experience in the interactive arena, she has creating digital solutions for IBM’s Fortune 500 clients, including American Express, Citi Bank, Johnson & Johnson, JP Morgan Chase & Co., Nationwide Insurance and Tiffany & Company. Prior to her position at IBM. She was CEO & Creative Director of award winning Ruby Shoes Studio, which she founded 1980 – 2000. Prior to joining the staff at Enterprise Information Resourses, Susan created EIR ‘s Corporate Brand Strategy, Marketing Campaigns, Ads and Sales Collateral, Trade-Show Presentation Graphics, and Web Site.

Gin O’Leary, Vice President of Marketing

Gin O’Leary has 25 years of marketing, advertising and sales experience working with clients from start-up venture based firms to multi-national corporations. At Enterprise Information Resources Inc., she leads the marketing team driving sales through strategic, integrated programs. Previously at Nuvosoft, she developed and implemented marketing programs leading directly to the company’s growth and success. As Director of New Business at Ruby Shoes Studio, Gin managed marketing programs for EMC, IBM, Hasbro and others. Gin previously worked for a commercial photography studio where she managed projects for companies such as, but not limited to T.J. Maxx, Dunkin’ Donuts and Siemens.

Mark Cagle, Performance & Rewards Practice Director

Mark Cagle is an HR professional with over 25 years of experience across many aspects of HR including payroll, recruiting, succession planning, HR systems, performance and talent assessment, and compensation. Mark’s area of specialty is compensation where he has worked in roles as the user of compensation systems, tools and solutions, and as the provider. As Director of the EIR Performance and Rewards practice, Mark helps our customers bridge the functional needs of the compensation process with the technical aspects of compensation management tools. He draws from his experience to help guide our team of talented, creative and certified professionals to deliver solutions that make themost efficient use of the SuccessFactors modules, while maintaining focus on the business process and needs of the customer. Mark joined EIR in 2017 with more than 10 years of experience in HR Systems consulting and lives in the Chicago area. Originally from Atlanta, Mark enjoys music, theatre, travel, spending time with family and a good game night with friends.

Lorne Kurtz, Recruiting & Onboarding Practice Director

Lorne Kurtz is passionate about the Recruitment and Onboarding space the SAP SuccessFactors Ecosystem as he has over 15 years of experience designing implementing the tools from all angles. He spent the first portion of his career on the client side; Implementing the Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing and On Implementing the Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing and On boarding SF modulesand continually deploying customer capable enhancement. He then transitioned into a consulting role where he supported clients, varying from 500 local employees to 250,000+ global employees. After a few years, he became a manager for full deployment cycles as well Managed Services operations. Now, we are proud Lorne is with EIR to support of our growth into more Talent Management initiatives. Aside from work, Lorne enjoys to sports; either as a player (hockey, baseball, tennis, golf and dodgeball or as afan along with his family and friends.) Lorne is also, the co-founder of Toranto Dodgeball.

Bill Larkin, Managing Partner

Bill, a Managing Partner of EIR, has over 25 years of experience advising leading companies on using technology to drive successful business results. Through implementation and advisory services, he has helped clients to transform their Talent Management processes and optimize the employee experience. He supports a comprehensive approach to improving clients’ business processes, always considering the interdependencies of processes, people, tools, and technology. Bill takes a practical approach to business transformation, with the outcome focusing on the interrelated components of process improvement, organizational optimization, and technology utilization. He works with our experts to derive maximum value from these factors, ensuring they are integrated and aligned with the client’s strategy and mission. Bill is responsible for providing our clients with the ability to maximize their SuccessFactors® investment fully.

EIR History of Success

Nuvosoft was founded in 1998 and was the precursor to Enterprise Information Resources. As an early innovator in compensation solutions Nuvosoft  developed software and delivered large-scale upgrades and new implementations to mid-sized and multi-national organizations.
