Nuvosoft was founded in 1998 and was the precursor to Enterprise Information Resources. As an early innovator in compensation solutions Nuvosoft developed compensation software delivering large-scale upgrades and new implementations to mid-sized and multi-national organizations.
In 2007 Nuvosoft is acquired by Plateau Systems for its state-of-the-art compensation software. Enterprise Information Resources Inc. is officially founded as a Professional Services organization dedicated to the support of our former compensation clients and begins development of an automation platform that will eventually become EIR WORKstream.
In June 2011 Plateau Systems was bought by SuccessFactors and EIR begins its service partnership with SuccessFactors with the orginal goal of migrating compensation clients from Plateau Systems to SuccessFactors. This partnership continued and grew once SAP acquired SuccessFactors in 2012.
Shortly after SAP’s announcement of its Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), EIR quickly adopts this technology within EIR WORKstream to help clients further automate their Compensation and HCM processes running on SAP SuccessFactors.
